Prearrangement
Prearrange your pet’s cremation now so that all of the details can be in place when your pet dies. The process is very simple and the initial paperwork can be done right here on our website. You simply fill in the required information below and submit the form to us. We will then contact you to make an appointment for the prearrangement agreement and pet cremation authorization (which can also be completed by email or fax). Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or check. Your payment will be placed in a bank account for future use. When the time comes to use our services, we will be paid from the bank account. If for any reason, you should decide to cancel the prearrangement after three days from the date of the agreement, you will receive a refund of 30% of the purchase price.
Before getting started, be sure to review the service options and costs. We will calculate the cost of the prearrangement based on the information given to us. At the time of need, we will verify that all information submitted is accurate and that the weight of the animal is as stated.
