We are able to assist your clients when they request The Amos Family Pet Companion Crematory. Please have him or her contact us directly at 913-631-7314 to make arrangements to bring the pet to us. We are no longer able to pick up at veterinarian offices. The authorization form and payment will be directly from the pet parent to us, which can often be arranged by phone and email with him or her.
